If I ask you to remove my graphics from your web page(s) for any reason, you'll have 48 hours to comply. (Pssst--the #1 reason I'd ask this, is if you break these Terms of Use.)

All Equizotic FREE Clip Art lives right here in the Equizotic's "Free Clip Art" pages. Any other image(s) MAY NOT be taken from this site or any of Equizotic's client sites. These images are under copyright law and are for display purposes only. Equizotic's clients have paid for custom art and the exclusive right to use and display them. Equizotic, as well as client company's can prosecute you under copyright infringement laws. You can be fined up to $1,000 per image stolen from Equizotic or Equizotic's client sites -- whether you have modified the original or not. This is a very serious matter and not to be taken lightly.

COMMERCIAL USE: If you have a commercial web site and you find Clip Art or Graphics you'd like to use, please email me to arrange payment of $50/yr (USD) commercial license BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE CLIP ART. ("Commercial" = the purpose of your site is to make money.)
